Return & Refund policy
We hope you are happy with your purchases from Frasoul. However, if for any reason you are not, we can offer an exchange or refund on any item as long as it is returned within 7 days of receipt.
Conditions for Return
- All items must be returned in perfect condition (unless faulty or damaged in transit) and will be inspected once we receive the return.
- All products must have intact packaging, including relevant tags and labeling.
- Products must not have been used or opened.
- If your return was part of a bundle or included a free gift, the complete bundle and/or free gift must be returned. We cannot return or exchange only part of a bundle product.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Write to us at info@frasoul.com with the product image for reference.
2. Ensure your return is properly packaged in the original box.
Processing Your Return
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 days.
Faulty or Damaged Goods.
- Exchanges can only be offered for items that are defective or damaged.
- If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 working days. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.
Additional Information
- Except for faulty items, we are unable to reimburse postage costs.
- We recommend obtaining proof of posting and, where possible, using a tracked service to ensure the parcel reaches us.
